Multi-Select Functionality for Forms and Surveys

With Stack, you can now enhance your forms and surveys with multi-select capabilities, making your data collection more flexible and efficient.

What's New?​

Previously, users had to create multiple triggers due to the absence of a multi-select feature. Now, you can select multiple options in the following fields:

  • Forms
  • Surveys
  • Contains Phrase
  • Exact Match

This feature operates with an "Or" logic. For example, if you have a Facebook post trigger with five options in the "Contains Phrase" field, the trigger will activate if any one of the phrases is present in a comment.

How to Use Multi-Select​

Forms & Surveys​

  • Selecting Multiple Options:
    In your form or survey triggers, you can select multiple options by clicking on them from the dropdown menu. This allows for more comprehensive filtering without the need for multiple triggers.

Contains Phrase & Exact Match​

  • Adding Multiple Criteria:
    When setting up triggers, you can enter multiple phrases or exact matches. Simply type your text and press "Enter" or "Return" to add each option. This makes it easier to capture a variety of conditions in a single trigger.
