Setting Up AI-Powered Comment Responses​

To create personalized responses, you'll use the GPT powered by OpenAI action in your workflow. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Add the GPT Action:

    • Begin by including the GPT powered by OpenAI action in your workflow.
    • Ensure that you have a trigger set up for when a user comments on a Facebook or Instagram post. This could be the Facebook - User comments on a post or Instagram - User comments on a post trigger.

  2. Configure the GPT Action:

    • Set the Action Type to Custom.
    • In the Prompt field, describe how you would like the AI to craft your response. This is where you can specify the tone and content style.
    • Use the custom value picker to select the Facebook or Instagram Comment body. This will allow the AI to tailor the response based on the actual comment content.
    • Save your configured action.

  3. Respond to the Comment:

    • Add the Respond on comment action to your workflow.
    • In the response field, use the custom value picker to select the response generated by the GPT action.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your responses are not only timely but also relevant and engaging, enhancing your social media presence with minimal manual effort.
