Overview
The Messenger action in Stack allows you to send a message directly to a contact via Facebook Messenger. To ensure successful delivery, the contact must have previously messaged a connected Facebook page within the last 24 hours. This is in line with Facebook's messaging policies.

How to Configure the Action
- Add the Action to Workflow: Drag and drop the Messenger action into your desired workflow.
- Select a Template: Choose from available message templates if you have pre-defined messages.
- Compose the Message: Enter your message in the text box. Use custom values to personalize the content based on the contact's information.
- Add Attachments (Optional): Click on Add attachment to include files or media, such as images or documents.
- Use URL for Files (Optional): If your files are hosted online, click the + Add button to attach files via a URL.
- Send Test SMS (Optional): Use the test functionality to preview the message, ensuring correct formatting and accuracy.
