The LinkedIn Lead Form Submitted trigger in Stack is a powerful tool for capturing leads from LinkedIn Lead Gen forms. Once a user submits a form, you can automatically route these leads into a workflow, streamlining tasks such as follow-ups or lead management processes.

Trigger Description

This trigger activates a workflow whenever a contact submits a LinkedIn Lead Form. You have the option to apply filters, like Business Niche or Page, to refine which contacts should enter the workflow based on specific criteria.

Trigger Details

Field Name and Description

  • Business Niche: The business niche related to the contact submitting the LinkedIn lead form. (Optional)
  • Page: The LinkedIn Page from which the lead form submission originates. (Required)

Operators

  • Equals to: Triggers if the field value matches the input value.
  • Is Not Empty: Triggers if the field has any value.
  • Is Empty: Triggers if the field has no value.
  • Is: Triggers if the field exactly matches the selected value.
  • Contains Phrase: Triggers if the field includes the entered phrase.
  • Does Not Contain Phrase: Triggers if the field does not include the entered phrase.

How to Configure

  1. Select Trigger: Choose LinkedIn Lead Form Submitted from the list of workflow triggers.
  2. Name the Trigger: Give your trigger a name, such as "New LinkedIn Leads."
  3. Add Filters:
    • For example, select Business Niche and set the operator to Is Not Empty to ensure the lead has a defined business niche.
    • Choose Page to specify the LinkedIn page where the lead form was submitted.
  4. Save Configuration: Save your setup and define the actions or steps to follow once the trigger is activated.

Note: Ensure you have integrated LinkedIn with Stack by navigating to the Integrations tab and completing the LinkedIn integration.

Example

Suppose you want to capture all leads submitted through a specific LinkedIn page in the Education niche. Configure the trigger with:

  • Business Niche = Is Not Empty
  • Page = Specific LinkedIn Page

This configuration ensures that any form submission meeting these conditions will enter the workflow, allowing you to initiate follow-up actions like sending lead nurturing emails or alerting your sales team.
