From the moment you start, you'll find examples and suggestions relevant to your industry, making it easy to understand automations and set up your first workflow quickly.

What's New​

Tailored Onboarding by Business Niche​

When you begin using Workflows, you'll select your business niche. Stack customizes your experience based on this choice, aligning examples and suggested templates with your industry.

Predefined Workflow "Recipes" for Top Niches​

We've introduced ready-made workflow templates, or "Recipes," for popular niches like Education, Health, Finance, and Real Estate. These templates cover common automation scenarios in each industry. For instance, a Real Estate agent might find a pre-built recipe for following up with new property inquiries, while a Health clinic could access a recipe for appointment reminders. These niche-specific recipes serve as a starting point, allowing you to customize them to suit your needs.

Smartlist Interactive Guided Workflow Builder​

The landing page now features a visual illustration of how workflows operate. At the top, you'll see a diagram labeled "If This Happens –> Do This." This shows a sample trigger (e.g., "Customer booked appointment") leading to a sample action (e.g., "Send email"), connected by an arrow. This visual cue helps you quickly grasp that Triggers (events that start a workflow) lead to Actions (tasks the workflow performs).

New Layout with Recipe Cards and On-Page Videos​

Explore the "Learn About Workflows" section with tutorial videos directly on the landing page. You can scroll to find a recipe and launch it or watch a quick intro video without leaving the page. Everything you need—templates to start with and learning resources—is at your fingertips, making it easier to get started.
