Workflow Stats in Stack

Discover how you can easily track and compare the performance of your communication channels within Stack using the new Stats feature on the Workflow List page. This tool allows you to view metrics for SMS and email, helping you assess the effectiveness of each workflow without needing to open them individually.

Using the Stats Feature

To access the Stats button and view your workflow performance metrics, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Automations:

    • From the main menu, select the Automations section.
  2. Access the Workflow List:

    • Find the page where all your workflows are listed.
  3. Expand the Workflow to View Stats:

    • Click the accordion button next to the workflow name you wish to review. This will reveal the Stats button.
  4. View the Metrics:

    • Click on the Stats button to see detailed performance metrics for the selected workflow.

Important Notes

  • Historical Data: Metrics are available starting from January 1, 2023.
  • Deleted Actions: If SMS or email actions were part of a workflow and later removed, their stats will still appear in the reports.
  • Scope of Stats: Currently, stats are only available for individual workflows, not for folders.

A: The Stats button provides performance metrics for SMS and email actions used within workflows. This allows you to monitor the performance of each communication channel over time. Note that WhatsApp and IVR are not supported at this time.
