Overview

The Contact Engagement Score trigger in Stack helps you automate workflows by adding contacts based on their engagement score and other criteria. This feature allows you to streamline actions like follow-ups, segmenting highly engaged contacts, or adjusting marketing strategies according to their engagement levels.

Trigger Description

This trigger filters contacts into a workflow based on their Engagement Score and other attributes. It's designed to automate tasks such as follow-ups, segmenting contacts with high engagement, or modifying marketing efforts based on specific criteria.

Field Details

  • Score: The engagement score of the contact. Filters are applied based on engagement criteria. (Mandatory)
  • Business Niche: The business category associated with the contact, such as Education, Healthcare, etc. (Optional)

Operators

  • Equals to: Activates if the score or field value matches the input value.
  • Greater than: Activates if the score or field value exceeds the input value.
  • Greater than or Equal to: Activates if the score or field value meets or exceeds the input value.
  • Less than: Activates if the score or field value is below the input value.
  • Less than or Equal to: Activates if the score or field value is below or matches the input value.
  • Is empty: Activates if the field value is empty.
  • Is not empty: Activates if the field value is not empty.
  • Contains Phrase: Activates if the field contains the specified phrase.
  • Does not contain Phrase: Activates if the field does not contain the specified phrase.

How to Configure

  1. Select the Trigger: In the workflow builder, choose the trigger Contact Engagement Score.
  2. Name the Trigger: Assign a name to your trigger, such as "High Engagement Contacts."
  3. Set Filters: Define the engagement score or other criteria.
    • For instance, select Score from the filter dropdown and choose Greater than. Enter a value like 195.
    • Optionally, add more filters like Business Niche and choose Contains Phrase, then specify the niche (e.g., Education).
  4. Save and Extend: Save your trigger configuration and add additional actions or steps to your workflow as needed.

Example

Imagine you want to target contacts with a high engagement score. Set the Contact Engagement Score trigger to capture contacts with a score Greater than 195 and within the Education niche. When a contact meets both conditions, they will be seamlessly added to your workflow, such as for a follow-up email campaign.
