The Add Contact Followers action in Stack allows you to automatically add followers to a contact's profile. By incorporating this action into your workflows, you can streamline the process of managing followers for your business.

The Add Contact Follower action lets you attach one or more followers to a contact's profile seamlessly.

How to Configure​

  1. Select the Workflow Action:

    • Navigate to the "Contact" category within your workflow actions.
    • Choose Add Contact Follower.

  2. Add Followers:

    • Use the Add Contact Follower action to assign one or more followers to a contact.

Example​

Scenario: Sales Team Collaboration​

Objective:
Ensure that whenever a contact submits a form, a follower is assigned to it for effective team collaboration.

Workflow Steps:

  • Trigger:
    Form Submitted - This workflow begins when a high-value lead submits a form in the system.

  • Action:
    Add Contact Follower - Incorporate the Add Contact Follower action into the workflow. Select the appropriate follower from the dropdown menu.

Outcome:
When a high-value lead is created, both the sales representative and the account manager are automatically added as followers, ensuring they are kept in the loop for any updates or actions needed.
