How to Configure
To set up dynamic One-Time Links in your workflow, follow these steps:

Create a Workflow:
- Begin by creating a workflow in your Stack account. Define the trigger that will start the workflow according to your specific requirements.

Add the 'Generate One-Time Booking Link' Action:
- Within your workflow, add a new action. Go to the 'Appointments' category and select 'Generate One-Time Booking Link.'

Choose the Calendar:
- Select the calendar for which you want to generate the one-time link.

Share the Generated Link:
- To send the link to your contact, add a communication action, such as an email, to your workflow.

Add the Custom Value:
- Insert the unique one-time link into the email body using a custom value. Choose 'Generate One-Time Booking Link' and select 'One Time Link.'

Customize Email Body:
- Personalize the email content as needed and click 'Save.'

Publish Workflow:
- Once your workflow is ready, publish it. Now, whenever a contact triggers the workflow, a unique one-time link will be generated and sent to them via email.

Trigger: Form Submitted
- Add the trigger and select the form that, when submitted, should prompt sending a booking link.
Action: Generate One-Time Booking Link
- Add this action and select the appropriate calendar.
Send Email
- In the email action, use the custom value picker to include the One-Time Booking Link in the email.
Outcome:
- As soon as a customer submits the form, they will receive a booking link to your calendar, which they can use to schedule an appointment.
