You can also enhance your notes with custom values using the custom value picker. Once added, these notes will appear in the contact details under the Notes field.

  1. Choose the Action Type:

    • Select Add to Notes from the list of available actions.
  2. Name Your Action:

    • Enter a descriptive name for the action, such as Add Notes.
  3. Add the Note:

    • Type the note you wish to add to the contact in the text editor.

    • Use custom values with the custom value picker to personalize your notes.
  5. Trigger Links:

    • Add trigger links in the notes using the Trigger Links icon for dynamic content.
