Enhance your social media engagement by using the Reply in Comments action in Stack. This feature allows you to automatically respond to comments on your Facebook or Instagram posts directly within your workflow.

What is Reply in Comments?

When someone comments on your Facebook or Instagram post, you can set up a workflow in Stack to automatically reply to that comment. You even have the option to like the comment as part of your response strategy. To use this action, ensure your workflow is triggered by:

  • Facebook Comment(s) On A Post
  • Instagram Comment(s) On A Post)

Where to Find This Action

To set up the Reply in Comments action, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Automation in your Stack dashboard.
  2. Select Workflow.
  3. Open the Workflow Builder.
  4. Navigate to Actions.
  5. Choose Communication.
  6. Select Reply in Comments.

Components

The Reply in Comments action consists of two main components:

Comments

  • Create Replies: You can create up to ten (10) different comments. These replies will be used randomly. You have the option to type a prewritten reply or use the tag icon to include a response from a custom value or a previous AI action.

Like Comments

  • Toggle Option: Decide whether to like the comment you're replying to by toggling this option on or off.
