How to Use Webinar Funnels

  1. Create a Webinar Funnel:

    • Navigate to the Sides sidebar and select Webinar Funnel.
    • Choose between an On-Demand or Live Webinar on the setup page.
    • Enter details such as the title, date/time (for live webinars), and timezone.
  2. Registration Setup:

    • Select the form to collect registration details from your guests.
    • For Live Events, input the Zoom or other meeting link that will be used.
  3. Template Selection:

    • Choose pre-built templates for registration and confirmation pages to ensure a seamless experience for your attendees.
  4. Customization:

    • Customize the content, design, and layout using the builder to align with your brand's look and feel.
  5. Activate Automations:

    • Click on the three dots in the title to edit the webinar recipe.
    • Use the pre-built automation workflows to send reminders and follow-up emails post-webinar, engaging your audience and converting leads.
    • Customize these workflows to better match your communication style and schedule.
