Playback Control Toggles
Autoplay
- Important: Due to browser regulations, autoplaying videos must start muted on iOS, Safari, Chrome, Android, Firefox, and Edge. Each browser has specific autoplay policies:
Allow Play/Pause
- Enable or disable the ability for viewers to play or pause the video.
Allow Playback Speed Control
- Allow viewers to adjust the playback speed of the video.
Show Pending Time
- Display the remaining time of the video.
Show Full-Screen Toggle
- Provide an option for viewers to watch the video in full-screen mode.
Show Progress Bar
- Decide whether to show or hide the progress bar and disable seeking.
Redirect Unregistered Visitors
- Redirect visitors who are not registered or have not filled out an opt-in form to another page. This ensures you gather necessary viewer information before they watch the video.
Troubleshooting: Encoded Video Not Selectable
If your video is marked as "encoded" but cannot be selected, try these steps:
- Wait a Few Minutes: The encoding process might still be running in the background.
- Refresh the Page: Reload the funnel editor or Media Library to update the status.
- Retry Encoding: Reselect the file in the Media Library to initiate a new encoding attempt.
- Check File Format and Size: Ensure your video is in a supported format (e.g., .mp4) and is under 4GB.
