Viewing Form Responses in Stack

Forms are a powerful tool in Stack for gathering information from your contacts. Once a form is filled out and submitted, you can easily access and review the responses.

How to View Form Submissions​

  1. Navigate to the "Sites" Section:

    • Click on "Sites" in the main menu.

  2. Access Your Forms:

    • Select "Forms" from the top menu.

  3. View Submissions:

    • Click on "Submissions" to see a list of all form responses.
    • Use the search or filter options to find specific submissions or review the details of each form entry.

Viewing Custom Field Responses​

If your forms include custom fields, these responses will be available in the contact's details:

  1. Go to "Contacts":

    • Click on "Contacts" from the main menu.

  2. Find a Contact:

    • Search for or click on a contact to open their details page.

  3. Review Custom Field Information:

    • Any custom field responses from forms will be displayed here, providing a comprehensive view of the contact's information.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage and review the data collected through your Stack forms, ensuring you have all the insights you need at your fingertips.
