Revamped Forms and Surveys Submissions Page

Discover the latest enhancements to the Forms and Surveys Submissions page in Stack. These updates are designed to provide you with a more flexible and user-friendly experience.

What's New?​

Expanded Column View​

You can now view all columns of your form submissions, not just the previous limit of three (such as name and email). This allows for a more comprehensive overview of your data.

Dynamic Columns​

Customize your data view by selecting, deselecting, and reordering columns. Tailor the display to fit your preferences and workflow needs.

Copy Functionality​

Easily copy phone numbers and emails directly from the table. You can also redirect to URLs with just a click, streamlining your data management tasks.

How to Use​

  1. Access Submissions:

    • Navigate to Sites > Forms > Submissions to access your form submissions.

  2. View and Download Submissions:

    • Click the expand icon to view individual submissions in detail.
    • Use the download icon to save a submission as a PDF.

  3. Manage Submissions:

    • Select submissions to download them in CSV format or to delete entries as needed.

  4. Customize Table View:

    • Click on Manage Columns to choose which fields you want to display or hide in your table view.

  5. Export Submissions:

    • Use the Export button to download all form submissions in CSV format.

  6. Adjust Column Width:

    • Expand the edges of columns to adjust their width for better visibility.
