To embed Stack forms on your website, locate the embed link in your Stack account. This link provides the script that allows the form to appear on your chosen website.

Access Form Builder​

  1. From the dashboard, navigate to the Sites section.
  2. Click on Forms in the top right corner to enter the form builder area.
  1. Choose an existing form or create a new one by clicking the + Add Form button.
  2. Once your form is ready, go to the Integrate tab at the top right corner.
  3. Select the form type and click on Copy Embed Code.

Your embed link is now ready to be pasted into your website’s code, following the platform-specific instructions below.

How to Embed Stack Pop-Up Forms​

Squarespace​

  1. Access Settings: Log in and navigate to the Settings menu.
  2. Click Advanced: Find and click the Advanced option.
  3. Select Code Injection: Locate the Code Injection tab.
  4. Add the Embed Code: Paste the code into the Header or Footer section.
  5. Save and Publish: Click Save and publish your website.

Note: SquareSpace does not support embedding forms on checkout pages.

Wix​

  1. Wix Website Builder Options: Click the + button and select Embed.
  2. Select Embed a Widget: Choose the Embed a Widget option.
  3. Paste the Code in Wix Editor: Select the Code option, paste the script, and click Update.
  4. Publish Your Website: Preview and publish your site.

Shopify​

  1. Navigating to Themes Menu: Log in and go to Online Store > Themes.
  2. Accessing and Editing Theme Code: Click Actions > Edit Code.
  3. Add Code to Header or Footer: In theme.liquid, paste the embed code in the <head> or <footer> tag.
