Conditional Logic in Forms
The Conditional Logic feature in Stack's Form Builder allows you to automate actions based on user interactions. With this feature, you can use multiple conditions and choose from a variety of operations to enhance user experience. This flexibility lets you display custom messages, redirect users to specific URLs, or disqualify leads, making your forms smarter and more dynamic.

Quick Overview
Conditional Logic in Stack forms gives you the power to tailor user experiences by setting conditions that trigger specific actions. This can include:
- Displaying custom messages
- Redirecting to specific URLs
- Disqualifying leads
Where to Find Conditional Logic in Forms
To access Conditional Logic in your forms:
- Open the Form Builder in Stack.
- Locate the Conditional Logic option in the secondary top bar.
- Click on it to open the configuration popup.
"AND" and "OR" Conditions
You can incorporate as many "AND" and "OR" conditions as needed. Switching between these conditions automatically updates all related operations, providing flexibility in how conditions are applied.
Supported Operations for Different Fields
Stack supports a variety of operations for different data types, including:
- Text
- Date
- Phone
- Number
- Monetary Values
- Single Drop-downs
- Radio Selections
Available Operations
Operations you can apply include:
containsequal to/not equal tostarts with/ends withis empty/is filledgreater than/less thanbefore/after
Note:
- Currently, checkbox and multi-select options are not supported in conditional logic.
- Conditional logic forms are not compatible with calendars at this time.
