Getting Started with Chat Widget Customization

Navigate to Chat Widget:
- Go to Sites in your Stack dashboard.
- Select Chat Widget.

Create a New Chat Widget:
- Click on New to start creating your Chat Widget.
- Choose the type of widget you want: SMS/Email Widget, Live Chat, or WhatsApp Chat.

Customize the Widget:
- Access the Widget section to modify its appearance.
- Choose from different styles and themes.
- Select avatar images, decide on placements, and adjust the size of the widget.
Customization Options

Chat Launcher:
- Add a chat launcher with or without a prompt.
- Choose your preferred chat icon.
- Select a theme or customize it to match your brand.

User Interaction:
- Allow users to add messages for first-time and returning visitors.
- Add avatar images.
- Decide where to place the widget on your site.
- Set widget dimensions automatically or customize the width and height.
Chat Window Configuration

Static Messages:
- Configure all static messages visible to visitors here.
- Customize the chat window title and intro message.
- Enable users to add their email and modify the call-to-action (CTA) button.

Branding and Compliance:
- Users can add their branding and provide legal consent for HIPAA compliance.
Messaging Settings
- Acknowledgement and Language:
- Customize acknowledgment messages and greetings.
- Select the language for the chat widget.
Additional Notes
- Existing chat widgets will appear in the Widget option with a light blue theme.
- The WordPress plugin supports the default widget, with more selection options coming soon.
