How It Works

Navigate to Chat Widgets:
- Go to the Sites section in your Stack dashboard.
- Click on Chat Widget.

Create a New Chat Widget:
- Select Create New Chat Widget.
- Choose from three available chat types:
- SMS/Phone Chat
- Live Chat
- WhatsApp Chat
Note: The first widget you set up will serve as your default chat widget.

Integrating with Your Website:
- Within your Funnels or Websites, you can select which chat widget to use.
- For WordPress sites, the default chat widget will be supported automatically.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage multiple chat widgets on your site, enhancing user interaction and support.
