Adding Multiple Chat Widgets to Your Website

Multiple Chat Widgets: You can now add several chat widgets, each with unique designs and customizations, to different landing pages on your website.

Streamlined Code: The installation process is now more efficient, requiring less code and improving overall performance.

Hassle-Free Updates: Easily update your widget settings without needing to reinstall the code.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to Chat Widgets:

    • Go to the Sites section in your Stack dashboard.
    • Click on Chat Widget.
  2. Create a New Chat Widget:

    • Select Create New Chat Widget.
    • Choose from three available chat types:
      • SMS/Phone Chat
      • Live Chat
      • WhatsApp Chat

    Note: The first widget you set up will serve as your default chat widget.

  3. Integrating with Your Website:

    • Within your Funnels or Websites, you can select which chat widget to use.
    • For WordPress sites, the default chat widget will be supported automatically.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage multiple chat widgets on your site, enhancing user interaction and support.
