Chat Widget: Direct Leads to WhatsApp Chat
Note: To use this feature, ensure that WhatsApp is enabled and you have a registered phone number. Navigate to Settings > WhatsApp in the side menu to set this up.
Enabling the WhatsApp Chat Widget

Access the Chat Widget
- Go to Sites > Chat Widget.

Select WhatsApp Chat
- In the Chat Widget settings, find the Chat Type section and choose WhatsApp Chat.
Note: If your WhatsApp number isn't configured, you'll be prompted to set it up.

Customize Your Widget
- With the WhatsApp chat option selected, you can customize the widget's text, colors, branding, and forms (including email and phone fields). The default WhatsApp colors are shades of green, but you can personalize them to fit your brand.

Select Your WhatsApp Number
- Choose the WhatsApp number that will receive messages when users initiate a chat.

Save Your Settings
- After completing the setup, click the Save button.
How It Works

Embed the Widget
- Add the widget code to your landing page's header (if using external providers) or enable it via the toggle in Funnel/Website Settings.

Display on Landing Page
- Once embedded, the chat widget will appear on your landing page when it loads in a browser.

User Interaction
- When a visitor submits the form on your page, they will be redirected to the WhatsApp web app, sending a message to the number you selected in the widget settings.

Receive Notifications
- You'll receive a notification in the Conversations view, allowing you to easily message the contact.
