Getting Started with Your Blog Post

Navigate to Your Blog List:
- Go to the Blog List section in Stack.
- Click on the name of the blog where you want to add a new post.

Create a New Post:
- In the blog post list view, select the option to create a New Post.
Crafting Your Blog Post
When creating a new blog post, you will need to provide some essential details:
- Title: Enter a compelling title for your post.
- Image and Alt Text: Add an image to complement your post and provide alt text for accessibility.
- Description: Write a brief description that summarizes the content of your post.
Enhancing Your Blog Post
Once you have added the basic details, you can enhance your blog post using various elements:
- Text Styling: Use options like bold, italics, underline, and strikethrough to emphasize text.
- Font Options: Select from various font families such as sans-serif, Comic Sans, serif, monospace, cursive, Segoe UI, Helvetica, and Arial. You can also explore a library of 1500 custom fonts.
- Text Formatting: Adjust font height and size for headings (H1, H2, H3, H4) and paragraphs. Align text to the left, right, center, or justify it. Set text indent and outdent, and define spacing between words (1, 1.15, 1.5, 2).
- Lists: Add bullet points, numbered lists, or to-do lists to organize your content.
- Highlights: Highlight text and entire lines or paragraphs for emphasis.
Adding Media and Links
- Links: Select text to add hyperlinks. You can easily edit links by selecting them again.
- Images: Insert images with alt text, define their dimensions, and make them responsive. Add links to images if needed. Choose images from your media library or use Content AI - Image.
- Audio and Video: Add audio clips with autoplay and loop options. Embed videos from your media library or YouTube by defining the URL and dimensions.
- Quotes and Emojis: Insert quotes or important lines, and add emojis for a personal touch.
- Dividers and Custom Code: Use dividers to separate sections and insert custom code snippets as needed.
Formatting and Content AI
- Content Formatting: If you copy content from another document, format specific areas or the entire article to align with your blog's style.
- Content AI: Utilize Content AI to generate outlines, introductions, and specific sections to enhance your blog post.
Publishing Your Blog Post
Once your blog post is ready, you have several options for publishing:
- Continue or Save as Draft: Choose "Continue" to move forward with publishing or "Save" to keep it as a draft for future editing.
- Define URL: Set the URL for your blog post.
- Canonical URL: Add a canonical URL to prevent duplicate content indexing.
- Categories and Tags: Assign multiple categories and tags to improve keyword referencing.
- Author: Specify the author to enhance authenticity and transparency.
Blog Status Options
- Save As Draft: Keep your content as a draft for future publication.
- Publish: Select a date to publish your post immediately or choose a past date.
- Schedule: Set a future date to automatically publish and schedule your content.
