When a call is missed, the Missed Call Text Back feature triggers an SMS notification to the caller. It's important to note that this notification will be sent for every missed call, even if the caller attempts to reach you multiple times in a short period.

Customizing Notifications

To manage notifications effectively and avoid multiple SMS alerts for repeated calls, consider customizing your workflow. You can create a workflow with a wait step (such as 20 minutes) or use tags to differentiate between first, second, and subsequent calls.
