Funnels​

When using the media library in Funnels, you can upload various media types with specific size constraints.

Image Element in Funnels​

To upload media for an image element, the following file types are supported:

  • PNG: .png
  • JPEG: .jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .pjpeg, .pjp
  • TIFF/X-TIFF: .tif, .tiff
  • WEBP: .webp
  • SVG: .svg
  • ICON: .ico, .cur
  • GIF: .gif

Note: Maximum upload file size for images is 100MB.

Social Planner​

Adding Images​

Supported image file types in Social Planner:

  • PNG: .png
  • JPEG: .jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .pjpeg, .pjp
  • GIF: .gif

Note: Maximum file size for images is 10MB.

Adding Videos​

Supported video file types in Social Planner:

  • AVI: .avi
