How to Find Your Client's Location ID in Stack

When reaching out to our support team, you might be asked to provide a Location ID. This unique identifier helps us pinpoint your client's specific account, making troubleshooting more efficient.

Steps to Locate the Location ID

  1. Navigate to the Location View
    Start by accessing the location you want to investigate.

  2. Go to Settings
    Within the location, click on Settings.

  3. Select Business Profile
    Under the Settings menu, choose Business Profile.

  4. Find the Location ID
    Here, you will see the Location ID displayed. Make a note of this ID for your records.

Please ensure that the Location ID remains confidential and is not shared outside your organization. This helps maintain the security and privacy of your client's information.
