The Call Connect and Missed Call Text-Back features in Stack are designed to enhance your communication efficiency. These features ensure that missed calls are promptly addressed and that call connections are secure and intentional.
How to Set Up Auto Missed Call Text-Back
Enabling Call Connect
To enable the Call Connect feature:
- Navigate to Settings in your Stack account.
- Go to Phone Numbers.
- Select Edit next to the phone number or number pool you wish to configure.
- Look for the Enable Call Connect Feature setting.
When the Call Connect feature is activated, any forwarded call requires the recipient to press a key to connect with the caller. This ensures that calls are not accidentally answered by voicemail or other unintended recipients.
Additionally, the system will play the message configured in the Whisper Message field when the call is answered, providing context or instructions to the answering party.
By setting up these features, you can reduce missed opportunities and ensure that all calls are handled with the attention they deserve.
