Customizing Your Review Request Emails and SMS
To start customizing your review messages, navigate to the Settings in your Stack account and select the Reputation Management tab. Here, you can personalize the content of your review requests to better fit your brand's voice and message.
Important Note
All users associated with a location will automatically receive a system-generated email notification whenever a new review is received. This ensures everyone stays informed about new feedback.
Adding a Different Review URL
If you have a specific review URL you'd like to direct your clients to, you can easily add this to your review requests. This customization ensures that your clients are directed to the most relevant platform for leaving their feedback.
Enabling Review Requests
To activate the review request feature, simply toggle on the options for Customize Review SMS and Customize Review Email. This will allow you to send personalized review requests to your clients.
Sending Review Requests
You can send review requests from various sections within the Stack CRM, making it convenient to solicit feedback at different stages of your client interactions.
