Accessing the Dashboard
Navigate to your sub-account and select Reputation > Overview to access the dashboard.

Filtering Data
You can filter the data for a specific time period by clicking on the three dots within each section.
Invite Goals
Invite Goals are preset incremental targets that increase as each goal is achieved. These goals help you track your progress in gathering reviews.
Reviews Received
This section displays the number of reviews you've received based on the selected time filter. It aggregates both new and existing reviews from Google and Facebook. The sources are indicated at the bottom left of this section.
Note: Ensure you've integrated Google and Facebook within your sub-account settings under Integrations to retrieve reviews.
Online Listings
If your location is subscribed to Yext, the Online Listings section provides an overview of your listings. For more details, click View Status in the top right corner.
Average Rating
The Average Rating is calculated by dividing the total number of stars by the total number of reviews within the selected time frame.
Sentiment
Sentiment analysis helps you understand customer feelings about your business or service. This is determined using Google's AI, analyzing whether reviews on Facebook and Google are positive or negative.
Invite Trends
This section shows the total number of review requests sent via SMS and email during the selected time frame.
Review Trends
View a visual bar graph depicting the month-over-month trend of reviews received by the system.
Latest Review Requests
Here, you'll find details on the most recent review requests, including the recipient, the channel used (SMS/Email), and the date sent.
Latest Reviews
This section lists your business's most recent reviews and the contacts who left them on Facebook and Google.
