Getting Started with Reviews AI​

To begin using Reviews AI, log in to your Stack account and navigate to the Reputation tab. You'll find the Reviews AI feature under the Reviews Section.

Suggestive Mode: Crafting Authentic Responses​

Suggestive Mode helps you create personalized and genuine review responses. It offers suggestions based on the review content, making it easier to engage with your customers authentically. To use Suggestive Mode, select the AI Reply button, and Reviews AI will generate unique responses for you.

Note: You can regenerate review responses. Each regeneration will cost $0.08 after the first three free trials.

Auto-Pilot Mode: Streamlining Your Review Management​

Auto-Pilot Mode is designed for efficiency, allowing you to automate the review response process while maintaining a professional and personalized touch. With Auto-Pilot Mode, you can:

  • Customize automated responses based on star ratings.
  • Define the wait time before sending each response.
  • Add a personal touch with response footers, such as thank-you notes or your business name.
  • Tailor auto responses for specific sources, like Facebook and Google.

Pricing Structure​

Our pricing structure is designed to be flexible and affordable:

  • 3 Free Responses in Suggestive Mode: Enjoy the capabilities of Reviews AI with your first response being the only chargeable one. After that, you get three responses on the house.
  • Subsequent Responses: Starting from the 5th response, each additional response is charged at a rate of $0.08 per response.
  • All Responses via Auto-Pilot Mode: Benefit from the same affordable rate of $0.08 per response for all automated responses.

You can manage your billing and keep track of usage through your account settings.
