How to Send Recurring Emails with Multiple Email Templates in Stack

Start by opening Reputation Management in your Stack dashboard. Then, proceed to the Email Review Requests section.

Enable Recurring Review Requests

Find the Maximum Retries option. Enable Recurring Review Requests to allow multiple follow-ups to be sent automatically.

Select Email Templates and Set Email Subject

Choose different email templates for each follow-up message. You can select from pre-designed templates or create your own. Don’t forget to set the Email Subject for each recurring email to ensure clarity and engagement.

Customize Your Email Content

Use the Email Builder to modify the content so it aligns with your brand’s voice and resonates with your audience. Consider adding personalization elements to boost engagement and make your emails more effective.

Save and Activate Recurring Emails

Once you’ve reviewed your settings and ensured all email sequences are properly assigned, click Save & Activate. Your emails will now be sent automatically using the selected templates.
