Call Reporting in Stack

The Call Reporting feature in Stack provides valuable insights into the interactions between your customers and team members through both incoming and outgoing calls. This feature is accessible via the left-hand menu under Reporting > Call Reporting.

Tabs and Data Filtering

The Call Reporting feature is divided into two main sections: Incoming Calls and Outgoing Calls. You can filter the data by all numbers associated with your profile or focus on specific individual numbers for detailed insights.

Widgets and Data Visualization

Donut Chart

The Donut Chart provides a visual representation of call statuses for incoming calls, categorizing them into missed, busy, and answered.

First-Time Calls Widget

This widget displays the statuses of first-time incoming calls, along with their average and total durations, offering insights into initial customer interactions.

Top Call Sources

Identify the origin of your calls, whether from Google organic search, paid search, or other sources. This section details total calls, deals won, and call duration.

Historical Data Table

Explore a table of historical call data, categorized by incoming and outgoing calls. You can filter this table and access multiple call recordings for IVR calls through a dropdown menu.

Outgoing Calls Insights

Call Status Split

Understand the distribution of statuses for outgoing calls, helping you gauge the effectiveness of your outreach efforts.

Top Agents

Highlight the agents who made the most calls, including a unique count of leads contacted, to recognize top performers.

Customization and Export Options

Tailor the columns you want to include in a CSV export for a more detailed analysis of your call data.
