SMS Restriction History

Overview​

The SMS Restriction History feature in Stack is designed to help you monitor and track any restrictions or adverse actions related to your SMS sending activities. This includes:

  • Violations of daily or weekly sending limits
  • Warning emails and temporary restrictions due to high opt-out rates or specific error codes like 30007

To access the SMS Restriction History, navigate to:

Location > Settings > Phone Numbers > Advanced Settings > Restriction History

Enhancements​

  • Improved Number Purchase Flow: You can now search using blank spaces and special characters, accommodating common US formatting.
  • Enhanced Call Feedback: If a call is made to a disabled location, you will now receive a voice message explaining the issue and solution, along with a tooltip in the user interface.
  • Faster Recordings and Transcriptions: Expect quicker access to your call recordings and transcriptions.
  • Expanded Keyword Blocking: In addition to previously blocked keywords like 'cannabis', Stack now also blocks 'fireworks' and 'THC' to ensure compliance.

Bug Fixes​

  • SMS Limit Adjustments: The SMS sending limit should now increase as expected, following the ramp-up model.
  • Puerto Rico Classification: 'PR' is now correctly displayed as a US state within the A2P flow, rather than a separate country.
