What's New in Stack?

Adding Subscriptions

With Stack, you can now easily manage subscriptions directly from your account. Here's how you can do it:

  • From the Payments Section: Navigate to Payments > Subscriptions > Add Subscription to create a new subscription.
  • From the Contact Details Page: For a quicker process, head to Contacts > Contact Details > Payments > Actions > Create Subscription. This allows you to add a subscription directly from a customer's profile.

Scheduling Subscriptions

When setting up a subscription, you have the flexibility to schedule it for a future start date. Simply choose a specific billing date, and the subscription along with its payments will commence accordingly.

Seamless Payment Process

Adding a subscription is straightforward. Select the customer and product, then complete the payment using an existing card on file or by adding a new card—all in one seamless flow.

Creating Invoices

You can also generate invoices directly from a contact's detail page. This feature simplifies the process by pre-filling customer details, allowing you to quickly create an invoice. Just go to Contacts > Contact Details > Payments > Actions > Create Invoice.

Subscription Enhancements

We're working on more features to improve your experience with subscriptions, such as:

  • Pause/Resume Subscriptions: Soon, you'll be able to pause subscriptions for a set period or indefinitely. Subscriptions can be set to resume automatically after a fixed duration or manually when you're ready.
