Adding a Manual Call Action in a Workflow
To add a Manual Call action within a Workflow, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Workflows in your Stack dashboard.
- Select the Workflow where you want to add the Manual Call action.
- Click on the Add Action button.
- Choose Manual Call from the list of available actions.
- Configure the call settings as needed for your Workflow.
Once set up, the Manual Call queue can be accessed by going to Conversations > Manual Actions. This is where you can manage and execute calls for leads in your Workflow.
Important Notes
- If a lead is removed from the Workflow or the system, they will automatically be taken out of the manual call action queue.
- To control visibility of the call queue, consider using the only assigned data option to limit access to specific users.
Adding a Manual Call Action in a Campaign
To integrate a Manual Call action into a Campaign, follow these steps:
- Go to Campaigns in your Stack account.
- Select the Campaign where you want to include the Manual Call action.
- Click on Add Action.
- Select Manual Call from the action options.
- Adjust the settings to fit your Campaign needs.
