Filtering Opportunities in Stack

Filtering your opportunities in Stack allows you to easily view and manage specific data on your opportunity board. You can use filters for both standard and custom fields to tailor the information to your needs.

Creating a Filter

To start filtering your opportunities, click the filter icon located in the top right corner of the opportunities board. You can apply multiple filters simultaneously, using different configurations to refine your search.

Filter Conditions

When setting up your filters, you can choose between two types of conditional logic:

  • AND: Every selected condition must be met for an opportunity to appear.
  • OR: At least one of the selected conditions must be met for an opportunity to appear.

You can switch between these conditions using the toggle at the top right of the filter sidebar.

Filter Types

Filters are categorized into two main groups:

Standard Filters

These filters are based on opportunity activity and standard fields:

  • Owner: Filter by the owner of the opportunity.
  • Status: Filter by the current status of the opportunity.
  • Campaign Type: Filter opportunities created from specific campaigns. Note that campaigns can be found under Automations, although further development on campaigns has been discontinued.
  • Last Stage Change: Filter by the date of the last stage change.
  • Created On: Filter by the date the opportunity was created.
  • Updated On: Filter by the date the opportunity was last updated.
  • Lead Value: Filter by the value of the lead.
  • Opportunity Won On: Filter by the date the opportunity was won.
  • Opportunity Lost On: Filter by the date the opportunity was lost.

Custom Filters

These filters apply to custom fields within opportunities, with the exception of File Upload and Signature fields.

Default Pipeline Filter

By default, your pipeline will display only "Open" opportunities. If you can't find a specific opportunity, ensure that the correct filters and search criteria are applied to your list.

Use these filtering options to efficiently manage and view your opportunities in Stack, ensuring you have the most relevant data at your fingertips.
