Opportunities are essential for managing potential sales within Stack. This guide will walk you through the process of creating opportunities, helping you efficiently track contacts through your sales pipeline.

Accessing the Opportunities Section

  1. Log in to your Stack account.
  2. Navigate to your desired sub-account.
  3. From the sidebar menu, select the Opportunities section.

Creating a New Opportunity

  1. In the Opportunities section, click the + Opportunity button located at the top right.
  2. Enter the necessary details for the opportunity, such as:
    • Contact name and information
    • Pipeline details
    • Opportunity value
  3. Optionally, assign the opportunity to a specific user or team member responsible for managing it.
  4. You can add multiple contacts under the Additional Contacts fields. Note that only the primary contact's information will be accessible across different sections of the platform.
  5. Click Create. Your opportunity will now appear in the Opportunities dashboard.

Adding Details and Notes

  1. Click on any opportunity to open its edit page.
  2. On the opportunity details page, you can add more information about the opportunity.
  3. Include any relevant notes or details about the contact's needs, preferences, or past interactions.
  4. These notes and tasks will also reflect in the contact's information.
