Deleting and Restoring Opportunities in Stack

Managing your opportunities effectively is crucial for maintaining a streamlined workflow. In Stack, you can delete opportunities to keep your pipeline organized and clutter-free. If you need to, you can restore deleted opportunities within 60 days, ensuring that important data is never lost permanently.

Deleting Opportunities

Step 1: Access the Opportunities Section

  • Log in to your Stack account.
  • Navigate to the Opportunities section from the main dashboard or sidebar menu.

Step 2: Delete the Opportunity

  • Find the opportunity you want to delete from the list of active opportunities.
  • Click on the opportunity to open its details page.
  • Click on the Delete icon located at the bottom to remove the opportunity.
  • Confirm the deletion to finalize the process.

Restoring Opportunities

Step 1: Access the Audit Logs

  • Go to Settings in the sidebar menu.
  • Click on Audit Logs.

Step 2: Filter Deleted Opportunities

  • Use the action filter at the top right to select Deleted.
  • Use the module filter at the top right to select Opportunities.
  • This will display all opportunities deleted in the last 60 days. You can also review how these opportunities were deleted.

Step 3: Restore the Deleted Opportunity

  • Locate the opportunity you wish to restore.
  • Click on the three dots icon on the right side of the opportunity.
  • Select the option to Restore opportunity.
  • The opportunity will be restored to your active list.

Note: Deleting a pipeline is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
