Mobile Estimates Dashboard and Builder

Manage your estimates efficiently with the dedicated "Estimates" section in the Stack mobile app. This guide will walk you through understanding mobile estimates, navigating the estimate dashboard, and using the estimate builder.

What is a Mobile Estimate?

A mobile estimate allows a skilled service technician to evaluate a job on-site, creating a detailed list of tasks, parts, supplies, personnel, and time required. While estimates are precise, they may change as the job progresses. With Stack, you can manage this entire process in real-time, directly with your customer.

Estimate Dashboard

The Estimate Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all your estimates, offering insights into their current status:

  • Sent Estimates
  • Accepted Estimates
  • Declined Estimates
  • Invoiced Estimates

Filtering Options

Refine your search results using:

  • Search Bar
  • Estimate Status Filter
  • Date Range Filter

You can view all estimates in various states (draft, due, paid, etc.), whether they were created on the web or mobile.
