Sharing Calendar Links from the Stack Mobile App

Easily share your calendar links with potential leads and customers directly from the Stack mobile app. Whether you need to send a scheduling link, a permanent link, or a one-time link, Stack makes it simple to connect with others.

To get started, open the Stack app on your mobile device and navigate to the Calendars section found on the bottom bar. Here, you'll find all the calendars associated with your account.

Using the Calendar Selector​

  1. Open the Selector: Tap the share icon located at the top right of the Calendars page. This will open the calendar selector.
  2. Choose a Calendar or Group: You can select either an individual calendar or a group of calendars. Use the search function if you have many calendars to sift through.
  • For Calendars or Groups: Once you've selected your desired calendar or group, you can choose to copy and share either a scheduling link or a permanent link.
  • For Individual Calendars: If you select an individual calendar, you have the option to share a one-time link. This link will expire after a single use, perfect for limited-time access.

How to Share​

After selecting the type of link you want to share:

  1. Copy the Link: Tap on Share. This will copy the link to your device's clipboard.
  2. Distribute the Link: Paste and share your link through your preferred communication channels, such as email, messaging apps, or social media.
