New Feature: Audio Files in Courses

With Stack, you can now enhance your courses by adding audio lessons directly into your content. This feature provides greater flexibility for course creators and enriches the learning experience for students.

How to Add Audio Lessons to Your Courses

1. Uploading an Audio File

Adding audio to your course lessons is simple and efficient. Follow these steps to integrate audio-based content:

  • Navigate to Memberships > Courses > Lessons.
  • Select the option to add audio to a lesson.
  • You have the choice to use audio as a standalone lesson or combine it with text content.
  • Once you've uploaded your audio file, publish the lesson to make it accessible to your students.

2. Support for Multiple Audio Formats

Stack supports a variety of audio file formats, ensuring compatibility across different devices. You can upload audio files in formats such as:

  • MP3
  • AAC
  • WAV

This ensures that your audio content is optimized for playback on desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, allowing students to learn on the go.

3. Automatic Audio Thumbnails

To maintain consistency in your course presentation, audio lesson thumbnails are automatically generated from the lesson thumbnails. This helps keep your branding uniform across all course content.

4. Customizable Playback Options for Learners

Students have enhanced control over their learning experience with customizable playback options. They can:

  • Adjust playback speed
  • Configure playback speed settings to suit their preferences

Note: Snapshot and cloning features for audio files are not yet available but will be coming soon.

By incorporating audio lessons, you can create a more dynamic and accessible learning environment for your students with Stack.
