Steps to Import a Course
Follow these steps to import your courses:
Step 1: Create a Learner Profile
- Create a Learner Profile: Set up a learner profile on Kajabi.
- Ensure New Contact: Make sure this is a new contact within Kajabi.
- Return to Stack: Go back to the Course Importer screen in Stack.
- Enter Credentials: Input the email and password used for the Kajabi account.
- Add Learner Domain: Enter the domain where learner login credentials are used.
- Click "Import": Start the import process.
Step 2: Importing Process
- The import process logs you in with learner credentials and begins transferring courses.
- Progress is displayed; click "Refresh" for the latest status.
- To cancel, click the "Cancel" button.
- You can switch tabs during import, but do not close the tab or window.
- All videos, images, and text content will be migrated for published courses and lessons.
Note: Only published lessons will be imported. Assignments, quizzes, and assessments are not included.
Step 3: Successful Importation
Once the courses are successfully imported, they will appear under the Products section. The "Last updated" timestamp will indicate when the last import occurred.
