Getting Started with Paid Courses​

Adding a Paid Course​

  1. Navigate to the Learning Tab: Access your community's Learning Tab to get started.
  2. Create a New Course: Select the option to add a new course. You'll need to enter course details such as the title, description, and content.
  3. Set Pricing: Decide if the course will have a one-time fee or a recurring subscription. Enter the price and choose the currency that best fits your audience.
  4. Test Mode: Enable test mode to try out the payment process using test card details.

Enhancements for Admins and Owners​

  • Enhanced Course Sequencing: Use the "Move Courses" option to reorder your courses on the Learning Page, ensuring they are presented in the most logical sequence for learners.
  • Email Notifications: Automatic email notifications keep both course creators and learners informed about successful payments and subscription cancellations.
  • Flexible Payment Settings: Adjust payment settings anytime, including course fees, payment frequency, trial periods, and currency.
  • Promoting Your Course: Use the "Copy Link" button to generate a shareable link for promoting your course on social media, email newsletters, and other channels.

  1. Browse Available Courses: Visit the Learning Tab in your chosen community to explore available courses.
  2. Select a Course: Choose the course you wish to enroll in and review its pricing and details.
  3. Complete Purchase: Follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You will receive payment confirmation and course access details via email.
