Accessing Ad Manager Subscription Details
To view your Ad Manager subscription details:
- Navigate to the Ad Manager home screen.
- Click on the gear icon located at the top right corner.
- Select the Subscription tab within the Ad Manager settings.
Here, you will find important information about your subscription, including monthly charges and your subscription ID, along with an option to cancel the subscription.
Canceling Your Ad Manager Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Ad Manager settings and click on the Subscription tab.
- Locate the ellipses (three dots) at the end of the subscription details row.
- Click the ellipses and select Cancel Subscription.
A dialog box will appear, detailing the consequences of canceling:
- All active ad campaigns will be paused.
- Lead syncing for lead generation campaigns will stop.
- Connected ad accounts will be disconnected, and access to Ad Manager will be restricted until the subscription is renewed.
Within this dialog, choose a reason for cancellation from the provided options or select 'Other' to specify your reason. After selecting a reason, the Cancel Subscription button will activate. Click it to finalize the cancellation. A confirmation dialog will appear to verify the cancellation.
Troubleshooting Subscription Cancellation Issues
If you encounter a failure message when attempting to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Create a support ticket to request assistance with canceling your subscription.
Please note, if you have a campaign currently under review by the publishing platform, you will not be able to cancel your subscription. An error message will inform you of this restriction.
