How to Add Your Own Template to the Template Library in Stack

Are you tired of starting from scratch every time you need to create a website, email, or graphic? Supported Features

The Template Library in Stack supports templates for:

  • Funnels
  • Websites
  • Social Planner
  • Email Builder
  • Forms
  • Surveys

Adding Your Templates to the Template Library

For Funnels, Websites, Email Builder, Forms, and Surveys:

  1. Navigate to the Relevant Section:

    • Go to the section for Funnels, Websites, Emails, Forms, or Surveys.
  2. Select the Asset:

    • Find and select the asset you wish to add from the list view.
  3. Add to Template Library:

    • Click on the three dots next to the asset and choose the option to add it to the Template Library.
  4. Template Details:

    • Enter the name of your template and select a category.
    • You'll be redirected to the Template Library Admin mode where you can:
      • Add a cover photo.
      • Add tags, edit the name, and select a category.
      • Provide a brief description of the template.
      • Specify any predefined requirements, such as integrating Stripe for a one-step order form in Funnels.
      • Add featured tags to make your templates stand out.
  5. Finalize Your Template:

    • Once your template is ready, you can make it public to be visible and usable in subaccounts, or keep it as a draft for future edits.

For Social Planner:

  1. Navigate to Social Planner:

    • Go to the Social Planner section.
  2. Add Templates via CSV:

    • Switch to the CSV tab to add templates.
    • Click the three dots and select the option to add to the Template Library.
  3. Upload and Configure:

    • Upload CSV files for social templates, ensuring they have the state set to "Select Socials" and "Review and Schedule."
  4. Template Details:

    • Enter the name of your template and select a category.
    • You'll be redirected to the Template Library Admin mode where you can:
      • Add a cover photo.
      • Add tags, edit the name, and select a category.
      • Provide a brief description of the template.
      • Specify any predefined requirements, such as integrating Stripe for a one-step order form in Funnels.
      • Add featured tags to make your templates stand out.
  5. Finalize Your Template:

    • Once your template is ready, you can make it public to be visible and usable in subaccounts, or keep it as a draft for future edits.

Important Notes

  • Template Updates:

    • If a template is in draft mode, it will keep all elements updated. However, once a template is public, it will not update with new elements. Future updates will support this feature.
  • Editing Existing Templates:

    • Currently, you cannot hide or edit templates already present in the Template Library. You can clone and edit templates created by the admin.
