How to Add Your Email Templates to the Template Library in Stack

Uploading your email templates to the Template Library in Stack helps you keep everything organized and easily accessible. This guide will walk you through the process, making it easy to find and use your templates whenever you need them.

Steps to Add Your Templates

  1. Navigate to Email Marketing:

    • Open the Email Marketing section in your Stack account.
  2. Select the Relevant Asset:

    • Find the email asset you wish to add from the list view.
  3. Access Template Options:

    • Click on the three dots next to the asset. Select the option to add it to the Template Library.
  4. Name and Categorize Your Template:

    • Enter a name for your template and choose a category.
  5. Customize Your Template:

    • You will be redirected to the Template Library Admin mode where you can:
      • Add a cover photo.
      • Add tags, edit the name, and select a category.
      • Provide a brief description of the template.
      • Specify any predefined requirements, such as integrating Stripe for order forms.
      • Add featured tags to make your templates stand out.
  6. Finalize Your Template:

    • Once your template is ready, you can choose to make it public. This will make it visible for use within subaccounts. Alternatively, keep it as a draft to continue editing it in the future.

Important Considerations

  • Template Updates:

    • If a template is in draft mode, you can update its elements, and it will keep the latest version.
    • Public templates will not automatically update with new elements, though future updates to this feature are planned.
  • Managing Existing Templates:

    • Currently, you cannot hide or edit templates already present in the Template Library. However, you can clone and modify templates created by your admin.
