Sharing Social Planner Content Across Sub-Accounts with Snapshots
Reusing your Social Planner content across multiple sub-accounts is now a breeze with Snapshots in Stack. This feature allows you to easily share social calendars, enhancing your workflow and saving you time.

How It Works
In the Parent Sub-Account
The parent sub-account is where the snapshot originates. To begin sharing your content:
- Navigate to the Marketing tab and select Social Planner.
- Click on Create Post and choose Upload from CSV.
- Select the social platform you wish to use (this is necessary for the CSV import process).
- In the CSV list, you'll encounter different statuses:
- In Progress: The system is currently processing the CSV data.
- Review and Schedule: The CSV data has been processed and is ready for scheduling.
In the Child Sub-Account
The child sub-account is where you want to upload and use the snapshot:
- Go to Marketing > Social Planner > CSV (list view).
- In the list view, you'll see the Social Planner CSV from the parent location.
- Click on Select Social for scheduling the posts.
- The CSV will process for all selected social platforms.
- Once processed, the CSV will have a Review and Schedule option. Here, you can review the posts and import them into your Social Calendar.
