Automating Review Posts in Social Planner

Prerequisites

  • Connect your social accounts via the Integrations tab in the Settings menu.
  • Select platforms to pull reviews from, such as Google Business Profile. Note: Integration with these platforms is required.
  • Check existing reviews under the Reputation menu in the Reviews tab.

Steps to Automate Review Posts

  1. Navigate to Social Planner:

    • Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
  2. Create a Review Post:

    • Click on Post Reviews.
    • Select the source accounts to fetch reviews from and choose the star ratings range.
    • Select the social accounts where you want to publish these reviews.
    • Choose the maximum number of posts you want to publish.
  3. Schedule Your Posts:

    • Select When should we send? to set a schedule.
    • Choose the frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly.
  4. Customize Your Content:

    • Upload background images (JPEG/PNG, 1:1 ratio, 5MB max).
    • Personalize content with font family, size, and color options.
    • Add a custom caption or use the review content as the caption.
    • Choose how to display the customer's name (full name, first name, or initials).
    • Customize font and background colors, star color, and opacity.
  5. Finalize and Manage Posts:

    • Check your review post automation under Content > Review tab.
    • Pause, edit, or delete posts as needed.

  • Example 1: If you receive a new review on January 1, 2024, at 6 PM, and you have set your Social Planner to post 5 reviews per day at 8:37 AM, the review will be published on January 2, 2024, at 8:37 AM.
  • Example 2: If the automation frequency is set to 'Every week' with a post count of 3 starting on October 22, 2024, at 11 AM, 3 reviews will be posted weekly. For example, on October 29, 2024, 3 reviews will be published at 11 AM, provided they are available.
