Types of Notifications
- Account Expired: Alerts you when the tokens for your social accounts have expired.
- Account Pre-Expiry: Notifies you to refresh your token around the 50th day, as social accounts like Facebook pages have a 60-day expiry period.
- Request for Approval: Informs you when a scheduled post is awaiting your approval.
- Post Approved: Updates the creator when a scheduled post has been approved.
- Post Rejected: Updates the creator if a scheduled post was rejected.
- Post Failed: Alerts selected users when a scheduled post fails to publish.
Managing Notifications in Social Planner
To manage your notifications, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Marketing > Social Planner.
- Click on the gear icon next to the "New Post" button to access Social Planner settings.
- Select the Notification tab to customize your preferences.

- Click the pencil icon to edit.
- Choose which users should receive reminders to refresh the token. Tokens can be refreshed on the integration page.
