Follow-up Comment Feature in Stack

Engagement is key on social media, and comments play a significant role in boosting visibility. Many platforms use algorithms that favor posts with early comments. Stack's "Follow-up Comment" feature is designed to help you capitalize on this by automating comments shortly after your posts go live.

Supported Platforms​

The "Follow-up Comment" feature is available for the following social media platforms:

  • Facebook Pages
  • Facebook Groups: Comments will appear from the Facebook Page selected in your Social Planner settings.
  • Instagram Business Accounts
  • LinkedIn Profiles
  • LinkedIn Pages
  • X (formerly Twitter) Accounts

How to Access the Follow-up Comment Feature​

To start using the follow-up comment feature, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Marketing in the main menu.
  2. Select Social Planner.
  3. Click on Add Post.
  4. Choose Create New Post.
