Reselling Ad Manager with Your Stack SaaS Plan

How to Include Ad Manager in Your SaaS Plan
To incorporate Ad Manager into your SaaS plan, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the SaaS Configurator in your Stack account.
- Under the Plans and Pricing tab, you'll find a list of all your available plans.
- Click on Edit Details for the desired plan to access the plan configuration page.
- Go to the Addons tab.
- Here, you can select the reselling products you wish to offer, including Ad Manager.
Note: The Ad Manager add-on is initially set to OFF. You can choose to enable it for any pricing plan you prefer.
How It Works
Here’s a brief overview of how add-on products function within a Stack SaaS plan:
- Product Setup: Decide which reselling products to include in your SaaS plan.
- Purchase and Activation: When a customer purchases the SaaS plan, Stack communicates the sale details to the reselling service.
- Subscription Creation: The reselling service then establishes subscriptions for each product in the SaaS bundle.
Important Points to Consider
- Changes to bundle configurations will only affect sub-accounts created with future SaaS plans and will not impact existing sub-accounts.
- In the billing section, locations subscribed to Ad Manager via a SaaS plan will be labeled as 'SaaS Bundle'.
- The SaaS plan subscription for sub-accounts involves a monthly payment.
- If a sub-account cancels their SaaS plan, a prorated refund is processed, but the add-on product subscription remains active. This means sub-accounts can continue using Ad Manager even after canceling the SaaS plan.
