Table of Contents
How Clients Discover Ad Manager
Your clients can find the Ad Manager feature by navigating to:
- Sub-Account Menu ➝ Marketing ➝ Ad Manager
Here, they can explore the benefits and decide to activate the service.
Completing the Purchase
Once your clients have discovered Ad Manager, they can proceed with the purchase by selecting the Activate Ad Manager button under:
- Sub-Account ➝ Marketing ➝ Ad Manager
Upon clicking Pay and Subscribe, the system will create a subscription linked to your client's payment method and your Stripe account, ensuring seamless payment collection. The process will then guide them through the Ad Manager onboarding.
Managing Client Offers
Personalizing Offers
To offer different rates to specific clients, navigate to:
- Sub-Accounts ➝ Search for the sub-account ➝ Click on the sub-account name or Manage client ➝ Reselling tab
Here, you can set a custom reselling price or adjust the markup for each location, depending on your chosen pricing plan.
Note: Once a client subscribes at a set price, it cannot be changed for that location. However, any changes at the agency level will apply to new subscriptions.
Offering Ad Manager for Free
To offer Ad Manager at no charge to certain clients:
- Sub-Accounts ➝ Search for the sub-account ➝ Click on the sub-account name or Manage client ➝ Reselling tab
Under "Deploy Ad Manager Directly," check the acknowledgment box and click Save. This subscribes the client to Ad Manager, bypassing any set pricing.
Note: If you are on the standard plan, a fee of $10 will still be incurred.
Disabling Offers
If you decide not to offer Ad Manager to certain clients, you can disable it by:
- Sub-Accounts ➝ Search for the sub-account ➝ Click on the sub-account name or Manage client ➝ Reselling tab
Toggle off the Offer Ad Manager option. This must be done before any purchase is made, as it cannot be disabled post-purchase.
By following these steps, you can effectively manage how you offer Ad Manager to your clients through Stack, ensuring a tailored experience for each of your sub-accounts.
